Will I be able to have my questions answered during the workshop?

Yes. Every workshop is live on Zoom. You will be able to publicly or privately ask questions in the chatroom anytime. Towards the end, you will also be able to ask the presenter a question using your microphone on Zoom.

What time does it start?

All workshops start at 1 PM PST and last three hours until 4 PM PST.

Please make sure to check your correct time zone and plan accordingly.

Hawaii-Aleutian Time: 11 am – 2 pm

Alaska Time: 12 pm – 3 pm

Pacific Standard Time: 1 pm – 4 pm

Mountain Standard Time: 2 pm – 5 pm

Central Standard Time: 3 pm – 6 pm

Eastern Time: 4 pm – 7 pm

Can I work alongside the artist in my studio?

You can attempt to work alongside the artist in your studio for any workshop, however it is fast-paced. We recommend you to be fully present in our workshops and use the free workshop recording after the fact to practice.

However, the Michelle Gregor and Esther Shimazu workshops last from 10 am – 4 pm PST and are specifically intended for attendees to work simultaneously alongside the artists.

Will I get a copy of the workshop after?

Yes. The recording usually takes 24 hours to process. Once available, the link will be sent to the same email you registered with.

Is the workshop recording free for attendees?

Every attendee who purchased a workshop will receive a free link to the recording.

Can I watch the recording however many times I want?

Yes. You are able to replay as many times you want.

Can I purchase previous workshops to watch anytime?

Yes. All of our previous workshop recordings are available for purchase at https://www.shop.natsoulas.com/ceramic-workshop-downloads

I paid for a workshop but am unable to attend. What will happen next?

We aren’t able to refund your purchase, however you will still receive a link to the workshop recording.
