Patti Warashina Zoom Workshop - November 15, 2025

Description: Join us as Patti Warashina demonstrates the process of sculpting and slip casting a bathtub, as well as how to integrate hand-built parts into slip casting parts. In this three hour workshop, we will go through the process of glazing and how to complete an entire piece from start to finish under the guidance of Patti, who is one of the greatest ceramic sculptors of our time. Patti Warashina won the Visual Arts Award for the Most Visionary Artist from the Smithsonian in 2020 and she is considered, by some, the most relevant figurative and feminist artist of the current age. After working for six and a half generations, Patti Warashina will be doing this hands-on demonstration for all to see, via Zoom.
